A charity dedicated to collecting used prescription eyeglasses for people in need.

A Vision For Recycling Eyeglasses

“When I was in the fourth grade, I created my charity called the Eye See You See Vision Project. Over the past thirteen years, my brother Joshua and sister Brooke have joined me, and together, we have collected and distributed tens of thousands of used prescription eyeglasses. Beginning with a single collection box at Pine Crest School in Boca Raton, the project has expanded each year to include hospitals, doctors’ offices, optical stores, religious organizations and community centers across South Florida and Missouri. In partnering with Lions Club International, the donation efforts were able to expand internationally to reach developing nations abroad. These glasses are redistributed to underserved adults and children who cannot afford or obtain access to eyeglasses, providing them with the gift of sight."
